Yesterday, I took my mom’s fur baby, Soju, to MedVet Norwalk, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and compassion and treated Soju with the absolute best care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Morduchaer, Denise, Denixza, front desk receptionist , and Spencer—each of them was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure Soju received the best possible treatment.

Over the past few months, my mom experienced the heartbreaking loss of another fur baby. At the two previous vets we visited, the conversation immediately focused on high costs and a required 30% down payment—before even discussing treatment. We understand veterinary care is a business, but it was difficult to feel heard or supported in those moments.

“The professionalism and kindness of the staff was outstanding. Dr. Gibson was amazing. I can't remember the name of the vet tech who assisted me but she was also amazing as well. They were both so kind and willing to work with me. How kind and knowledgeable the doctor and techs were. Also the fact that the doctor was willing to work with me to try a treatment plan even without doing an MRI to confirm what the actual cause of the problem is.“

When your technician came out to get her, she crawled under the bench I was sitting on, but went with the tech without a bark or whimper.
