We had an emergency situation, Tim sent his guys right away and it took them only 10 minutes to accurately diagnose the issue with our sewer pipes and fix quickly. Prior to that, they installed digital thermostat for my heating system. Every time I call them, they do amazing job, and they always take their time to explain everything to us.
