“Our cat developed cold symptoms over the Christmas holiday and our regular vet and emergency clinic were both closed the day after Christmas. I called Dr. Lansing and his wife due to the great reviews they have and hoped they would see him. He told me to bring my cat in a few hours from when I called and I’m glad I did- my cat had a high fever and needed a medication injection and meds to take home. He’s feeling better already and I’m grateful for both of them for helping us in a time of need. Thank you!“

“Let me start by saying nobody ever wants to bring their pet to the emergency room/clinic. however, this is the place to race to if you need. my French bulldog, was pooping blood and throwing up. after calling my normal vet and them saying they do not take emergencies I called here, they told me to bring him in with no hesitation. I was frantic on the phone crying, thinking the worse, needing answers. The lovely ladies who work the front desk were amazing and so accommodating.

Their was a little bit of a wait in the lobby to begin with which is understandable, even then with being short staffed on a holiday weekend the staff kept a smile on their face while running around and were very thorough.

I want to especially thank Rebecca one of the doctors assistants for taking care of my baby and loving him as her own. She strives in this field and was running around tending to our animals while making sure we stay updated. After her long day she explained everything and how he did, while answering all of my questions.

Lastly, Cindy(Sydney) the front desk lady. This woman is one of the kindest people I met, from answering the first phone call, to making my check in and check out process stress free. I called a few times to see how he was doing and each time they went back and gave me a good update. She even went out of her way to send me a photo of him when I requested it. Wish I could give more stars.“

“Dr . John O'Connor has been the vet for the dogs of me and my family for decades. I've not once had a bad experience The entire practice has shown caring and compassion throughout the ups and downs of pet ownership. They truly love animals and it shows in their care. Even after the passing of my most recent dog, the staff was kind and sympathetic as we picked up the remains. I've moved out of the Glens Falls area and continue to do the drive to GFAH for my pets. We'll be back with our newest addition soon enough.“

“You can tell Dr. John cares about your pet immediately. He often gets down low and greets the animal before addressing the client (you). His prices are fair and he tells it straight. 5 stars from me.“
