They sent a technician out who told me it could be a number of problems but wasn't sure what. I called Long Island well Drillers today and spoke to Dave. He told me they no longer service East Hampton due to traffic. He asked me some questions about the problem and diagnosed it over the phone.
I offered to pay him for the consult but he refused. In this day and age, it is rare, if not impossible to find service and willingness to offer help so graciously. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services.
