“Last winter, my water inexplicably stopped working. My fear was every homeowner's fear when that happens in the winter: my pipes had frozen. Not knowing what to do I took a look at the water tank and saw Kappus' name, logo, and phone number in red and white on the bright blue tank. I immediately called them and about 2 hours later had the nicest people steam thawing my line. Another 2 hours later and I had water. Cut to yesterday when, once again, my house suddenly loses water. Another call to Kappus gets someone here within the next hour and a half to assess the situation and let me know the pump died and needs to be replaced. The very next day Jess and Albert had me up and running. Despite the fact that my house is built on a mountain and my well is in the most precarious location, they were diligent and determined to get my water back by end of day and they accomplished their goal. I'd highly recommend Kappus to anyone in need of plumbing help. Unlike a lot of companies that claim to care, they actually do and are willing to put in the effort to make sure their customers satisfied. Are they pricey? Yes. But who isn't nowadays? They're honest and human and care and that's about the best you can hope for in a company. If I run into any water trouble again, I know I'll be calling them. Hopefully, it won't be anytime soon though.“
