“Disclaimer: I rarely write reviews unless a company has been so incredibly outstanding that I just need to say something publicly. My air conditioner broke this summer. We had several people come and look at the problem and make suggestions. Out of everyone that came Joe and his team were by far the most honest, professional and knowledgeable. Joe answered all our questions and then we had more questions the next day and he was just kept answering all our questions.We finally decided to spend the several thousand dollars of repair with Joe and his team. I felt in such great hands, his team finished the work quickly and they were so respectful and so nice. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest.
