Dan was super quick with our inspection! He had our report back to us the same day! He gave a very thorough inspection and gave amazing awnsers to any and all questions we had! Dan was also super nice and easy to talk to I will be using him for all future inspections in the Buffalo area and recommend you do too!

I had over 3 feet of water in my crawl space from February snow melt due to storm drain on my neighbor property over flowing, The highway nor the Town wouldn't flush that particular drain even though it's connected to the highway receiver. Mr Dan came out, spent about 5 hours trying to figure out why this keep happening. Due to his persistency he snake all 3 storm drains and was able to resolve my problem. Am so grateful ? he was professional and reasonable with the cost.
