I sent him a video as requested so he could assess the job. He determined my pinhole leak in my pipe was important enough to come over on a Sunday.

He also discovered and showed me the rest of the pipe was corroded.

The pipe was efficiently replaced. He was fully prepared, neat, clean and professional.

I was also expecting a crazy bill for this, it certainly was not! They emailed me the bill and I paid it electronically. So simple!

“Had an excellent experience with Sunray Services from our initial meeting to the installation of a new outdoor A/C unit. The process was straightforward - they confirmed that our A/C unit needed replacement after 22 years and explained the different options available and associated costs. The install was scheduled for a few days later. The team arrived promptly, removed our existing unit and and air handler and did a great job with the installation of the new unit. We were waked through operation of the new thermostat and then they were on their way with no trace that they had been in our home.
