I want to share a great experience at ubreakifix at 53 Rt. 111 Smithtown, NY. Diego did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my daughter’s phone screen, got it fixed in no time and being the phone back to work. This is my first time at this location and the customer service was great. Shout out to Diego for his professionalism, welcoming attitude and expertise on the iPhone stuff. Totally recommend this place for any phone related repairs.

Very happy w the service received. Nick was very helpful. Although he was not able to fix my phone, he recommended another place that can further assist. I was a little skeptical at first, because I read the reviews after dropping off the phone & I was unsure of what to expect, but Nick definitely was very helpful & professional. I would recommend this place for sure. Thank you Nick!!

I called and they checked to be sure they had the right screen to install. I then dropped off my phone and when I returned to get it it was ready as promised....very pleasant experience!
