They made a very difficult time painless. They were available 24/7 from my first phonen call to the burial They handled everything for us with grace and caring Thank you Ron and AnthonyJune Ian and Peter Kross
When a loved one passes, the less details one has to take care of the better. Working with both Anthony and Ron was a blessing. My siblings & I lost our father in June of 2000 and just last week, our mother passed. Knowing that these two "Superheros" were in our corner, really helped. Their knowledge, understanding, accessibility and most importantly their unconditional compassion cannot be beat. I don't think we could have gotten through this heart wrenching experience with them.
The level of service and understanding by Ron was outstanding. It was the first time I had to bury a parent. From the first conversation to the end. Ron was there. He explained everything in a step by step order, making it much easier for my family.If we forgot something or misplaced it, Ron was right there with it. I can not express how much this helped my family. He also get us a wonderful rabbi.
