Dr Tamara Koss and her staff are wonderful! Dr Koss is knowledgeable and very caring. She explains everything and takes her time to make sure her patients understand whatever procedures they are undergoing. Highly recommended! Update- Saw Dr Lu and Dr Bourhill for MOHS surgical procedure. Both were wonderful and caring!
The provider was very helpful and supportive during my visit! It's also very easy to make appointments and see them. They even called to tell me, ahead of time, that my referral had expired, so I could renew it before I arrived. Great service!
I explained in detail on the survey I took. I will not do it again here. The staff seemed pleasant enough. I was not impressed with the PA that saw me. Maybe he was having a bad day or something. I will go there again in the future, if for no other reason, than I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
I did visit a 2nd time and this last time was 200% better. Dr. Heller did an excellent job. He has very good bedside manner and is definitely a professional. His asset. was very good also.
This should have read: assistant.
I was again treated well by the staff and medical personnel.
