Great communication. Showed up on time. Crew was diligent. They showed me anything that wouldn’t come off the house which was only 2 small spots that I wouldn’t have even noticed but I appreciate the honesty and the effort to be perfect. House looked brand new after. Fence looked great. Patio was almost a complete transformation. They got rid of wasp nests and even identified carpenter bees leaving my attic vent and notified me. Very happy. Definitely recommend. Will be using again.

Tim could not have been more professional. The house and all the fencing looks phenomenal. He arrived when he said he would and kept me informed during the whole process. If there was ten stars that is what I would give to Tim and Precise Power Washing.

Jack & Tim were outstanding. Powerwashed the house, the driveway / patio / walkway 2000 sq ft of interlock pavers, also the roof. Besides cleaning my gutters facade , vinyl siding and stucco.
