Phoebe was amazing! Very talented and caring. I went to her for scalp micro pigmentation for a scar from a hair transplant. I previously had it done; but after 3 weeks it faded. Phoebe spent over 2 hours with me. You can tell she has a real passion for her profession. I would highly recommend PhoebeService: Scalp micropigmentation

Had my eyebrows done and just went back for my touchup. If I could give Phoebe 10 stars I would. Wish I had done this years ago. My eyebrows are absolutely gorgeous. She is a very talented lady. Would highly recommend her.Service: Eyebrows
