I had a great experience at Rachel Parrotta’s office. First, she set my mind at ease re: my issues. Next, she asked me questions that made me think about my situation. She was also very quick with her response to my questions after my appointment. Finally, she gave me tips (self talk) that has been helping me since our appointment. I would highly recommend Rachel Parrotta to everyone who has pelvic floor issues.

Rachel is a professional, relational, CARING, and knowledgable PT! She is easy to book with, responsive to messages, and provides quality care. I am an OT, so I know the profession well, and I have had a great experience as a client of Rachel's. I definitely recommend!

Rachel is incredibly knowledgable and thorough with her assessment and treatment. She helped me learn how to properly move through pregnancy to engage and strengthen my core and pelvic floor. I highly recommend her and will definitely be following up postpartum also!
