First let me say how impressed I was with Managed Tech's customer service. I had a problem with the computer in my office, it totally froze & all work coming in and going out came to a screeching halt! in severe panic mode I contacted the team @ managed tech and with in the hour they were here fixing the problem! They had me up and running again in no time! They were able to identify the problem immediately and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and the possible causes plus preventative measures I should take. The level of knowledge was impressive. I would & do highly recommend Managed Technology services. Thanks again guys!!
