Fairly new to LaVida. Very happy with my new membership. Michael gives the best massages and just had my first body wrap. It was so great!!! Next up.. infrared sauna and Salt room. I love the many different options. Plus the ambience is great!

Such an amazing experience! Every person we came into contact with was so attentive and friendly! Andrea provided the most amazing massage I have ever had. It’s been days now and my body hasn’t felt this good in years. Andrea took the time to really make me comfortable and it made all of the difference. Justine who was my esthetician provided the most fantastic facial. She was so kind and knowledgeable, truly made the experience even better. And my skin is glowing! Thank you to everyone! Truly can’t wait to come back.

Had a massage last week at LaVida in Smithtown from Ellen. It was Absolutely amazing and she was so in-tune to where I needed the most attention and took the time to listen and explain. It was my first time there and the staff were ALL great and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back soon!!!
