I've heard good things, and had an appointment I waited months for in July, 2023. I was contacted less than a week before and told they needed to reschedule, as the doctor won't be in the office. The next available appointment was four months later, in November. I just received a voicemail that they need to reschedule my appointment, which is in four days, again, because the doctor won't be in the office. They might be good, but who knows? Seems like a very disorganized office with exceptionally poor scheduling and availability.

After years of being a patient, I wanted to recommend Donna Serure as one of the best dermatologists on Long Island . She leaves nothing to chance , and created an environment in her office of kindness and caring. I am so lucky to have found her office!

Dr. Serure and her staff are beyond kind, accommodating, and professional. My wife and I were able to book an appointment right away and were seen within 10 minutes of being there. Dr. Serure takes her time with her patients and is very knowledgeable and reassuring. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Laserderm Dermatology!!!
