I've heard good things, and had an appointment I waited months for in July, 2023. I was contacted less than a week before and told they needed to reschedule, as the doctor won't be in the office. The next available appointment was four months later, in November. I just received a voicemail that they need to reschedule my appointment, which is in four days, again, because the doctor won't be in the office. They might be good, but who knows? Seems like a very disorganized office with exceptionally poor scheduling and availability.

Came in for an appointment, had to pay out of pocket for a covid mask, waited over an hour to be seen... nurse escorted me to a room where she asked me questions about my skin problems, she said the doctor would be right in, waited about 15 minutes for the doctor to come in just to talk over me and rush me out of the room. This entire place feels disorganized and rushed. I have called countless times in the last few weeks because my treatments haven't been working and I am constantly greeted with an answering machine. I got a call back and missed it and returned the call a minute later to just be greeted with the same answering machine.

Tried to call to see if they take my insurance, they don't so I was asking a question (that could even be considered d**** & the lady on the phone yelled something at me & hung up on me. I'm glad they don't take my insure bc that was very unprofessional. Don't be in the medical field if you can't help people out with simple questions
