“I was a walk in and asked to have a number one trim on the sides. My color was fading pretty bad and needed ALOT of TLC so I asked if I could have a color. They were so nice to let me hang out as they tended to thier scheduled clients while fitting me in-between. Super comfortable atmosphere both the ladies that work there and clients were pleasant to talk to. 120% will be going back and reccomend them to anyone!“

I instantly began to melt into the techniques he was using that I had never felt before. The entire massage was almost entirely new to me as far as style and I loved every single second of it. My boyfriend was equally in heaven with his therapist. I could go on for an essay's length about this world-class massage team we experienced right here in this hidden gem in Albany. I rarely right reviews, yet had to this time to spread the word about this amazing gift you will be giving any recipient of a service from this Spa! The insane part is the next day, instead of reverting to my natural hunched neck and slouched shoulders and general poor posture, he'd corrected and felt so many cracks in such a pleasantly releasing way), I continued to stand straight. I was walking with my shoulders squared back, chin high, NATURALLY. The man also fixed my friggin' posture! Trust me, you will 100% NOT be sorry you trusted this review.“

“I have been going to Bart at Progressions for a long time. He is outstanding at cutting hair! There is no one better in the area. I get compliments on my hair all of the time, especially when I go on cruises and get blowouts. My color looks great, too.When we briefly discussed moving to another state, I told my husband that was fine, but we would need to budget for me to fly back here every 6 weeks so Bart could do my hair. And, I was serious.The salon is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly. Bart is always on time and gets clients in and out like clockwork.I will be going here to get my hair done forever.“

This place is quite unique as a salon as it is set in a beautifully renovated home, but the interior is not only stylish, but clean, professional, and welcoming. I had my nails done by the owner, Lindsey, who was not only really sweet but also very skilled. She did such a great job with my nails and was very knowledgeable; she told me so much helpful information about nails, gel, and shellac that I hadn't known before. The end result was more than I hoped for as the color and paint quality was fantastic and it looks like a natural manicure which was perfect for what I wanted for my nails. It's already been a few days since I went and my nails are still immaculate - not a chip, peel, or imperfection. Next time I'm up by Albany I'll surely visit again for another great manicure. My most recent trip to the spa left more to be desired. Brook was my aesthetician and I was not impressed. It didn’t seem like she liked she wanted to be there. Although, maybe she was just having a bad day. I would have liked to discuss recommendations she might have for my skin but this didn’t happen. Luckily, Kasey assisted in this at my prior appointment.“
