Kim called me along the way to let me know when the tech would be onsite. Jason explained the issue, showed me the new part and the cost and asked if it was ok to proceed. He was professional and knowledgeable; Wilson Brothers now have a new client. Thank you for giving us AC back in this heat!“

“Home -Tec saved me a significant amt of $$. I had two HVAC guys look at my nonfunctional air compressor and tell me the whole unit had to be changed. this would run into the thousands. Home -Tec came out, took the unit apart reminding me of marines taking their guns apart blindfolded. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. I have deleted my last post of my dissatisfaction with the company as the have completely rectified my AC problems without an additional cost to me which I find very commendable and professional.

Again, the service tech KJ both times he has been in my home is very knowledgeable, skilled and has fantastic customer service skills. He is very meticulous and I hope that his supervisors know that I never had any issues with his service or skills.
