Don't even bother. I've been going to this practice for almost 18 years, but apparently that doesn't get me much. I called to schedule my annual visit back in March 2023 and the first available was 8/1/23. Kind of annoying, but I took it. The office called me at 4:30pm the day before my appt to cancel/reschedule. The next available was 9/22/23. Again, I take it because that was the best offer. However, I just received a voicemail today (8/28/23) saying they again need to cancel my appointment and to call to reschedule- oh, and the next available is now December 2023. Ridiculous.

My wife has been going here for YEARS. She loves and trusts the Doctors above and beyond any others. Unfortunately, because of the staff (medical assistants who want to play doctor mostly) and their lack of professionalism , failure. to call back or follow up or make appointments or just be helpful, she is forced to find someplace else. The doctors will be missed, the staff, absolutely NOT. Stay away from here if you don’t like getting aggravated, if you don’t like not being able to get in touch with anyone when you need them, be it making an appointment, getting test results, asking a question, then DON’TGO HERE. We’ll miss Dr. Mendelowitz and Dr. D , but it’s just not worth being disrespected for.

I found out I was pregnant July 2020 during the pandemic. While my husband wasn't allowed to come to appointments, they did everything to put me at ease. Dr. Teixeira was my original OBGYN but once you get pregnant they encourage you to see everyone cause any of them may be there delivery day. I met 8/10 doctors during my prenatal appointments and they were all wonderful, informative. The office staff was friendly and helpful- and I just knew I would be taken care of. When I was at 41 weeks with no baby we scheduled for induction. I saw many of the friendly face at Phelps I'd met over the last 9 months and Dr Spriyda was there to help me give birth. My whole experience with the practice and giving birth I felt so taken care of, and with any questions or concerns the doctors were responsive. If you are pregnant and looking for a good team of doctors and place to give birth- this is it.
