We recently used Elegant Limo for a trip to JFK airport in January 2023. Jerry was punctual and very friendly. We needed him at 5:30 AM the day after New Year's Day and he was ready. On our return trip the baggage was delayed by over an hour which means we kept him waiting outside. He did not complain at all and show no signs of impatience. He has my highest recommendation. Please ignore the review which states he does not accept credit cards. We paid by credit card. I will use Jerry and Elegant Limo for every trip in the future.
