I have used MAK III services three times. The first time, they repaired the water main coming into my house, which was a major job that even required opening up and repairing part of the street. The second time, his team fixed a drainage issue on my property, another significant endeavor. Most recently, Brandon, one of his team members, did a great job fixing one of the hose bibs. Dishwasher replacement. Easy to make appointment, on time. Mike and his crew of knowledgeable plumbers were great. Could have had whomever they chose to install it where I bought it, but in the past find sometimes they are scratching their head in confusion or I didn't get right installation kit.not with mak3. All good and right first time
