“Punjabi Unisex Salon is full of nice, warm, expert stylists, who have innate art for beauty. Initially, I went to Punjabi because my doctor suggested I go for a scalp massages to help with stress. Karen gave me a scalp massage like non I've had before in other places. Using natural, essential oils, she worked at soothing me from my neck to my forehead, concentrating on my scalp. I also had a facial that was the best, cooling, refreshing and thorough, with Karen's wonderful touch for precise, facial pressure points. The next week I had to get ready for a wedding and Went back to do my eyebrows. Karen threaded. and tinted my eyebrows, perfecting the shape, density and color, no needles!!! I looked so beautiful! I am so pleased, I keep going back even for hair color. **The eyebrows lasted more than a month!!!! In May I've been back to Punjabi and Karen was out on vacation. PAM, just as personable, did my eyebrows, just as skillfully and beautiful. Pam gave me the scalp massage and I was just as happy. And just to add to the special care, Mikel, gave me an additional massage, and chai tea ON THE HOUSE. I have quickly become a regular customer. I am so happy with their skills, their sense and taste for what looks becoming, and their overall demeanor and personalities. They make me feel like coming back. “Let me start by saying Amber was wonderful in just about every way you can think of. She is kind, inclusive, bubbly, passionate, and fun to talk to. But being nice only gets you so far.

So is she any good? Well, let me put it this way - I walked into Iron & Quill Salon the same week I reached out for an appointment, and walked out with possibly the best haircut I have ever received.

My partner and I both have curly/wavy hair which can be an absolute nightmare trying to find someone who actually knows how to cut it. Amber completely knocked it out of the park. If only my hair grew faster so that I may return sooner. The entire staff was remarkably inviting and progressive, and we felt incredibly comfortable walking in and very confident walking out.

I didn't personally receive this service, but we were there at the same time another client was getting their hair colored and it looked great as we were on our way out.

Amber was remarkably compromising and willing to get us in and adapt to our schedule. Very flexible and maintains a personal text line with you to update any sudden changes and discuss your appointment.

If you need a haircut, go here. They are professionals with gratuity included in the bill - we spent a total of about 2 hours getting our haircuts and even then we paid less here and got better service than many other salons we have tried in the past.
