“I gave Gary a call for a home inspection quote five years ago when I bought my first house. I remember saying to him "we have a quote from another guy, but he's a little more expensive than you are." Gary's response was something along the lines of "that guy is a little less expensive, and he's really good. I'm a little more expensive because I'm the best."If you're a home buyer, then you need Gary. He works for you and he takes his job very seriously. He is there to check every little thing in your house; every crack, every outlet, every window, every faucet, every corner, etc. Gary will give you a thorough run down of your investment and he will give you a fair, objective analysis.Keep in mind that it is a conflict of interest to hire your home inspector to do contracting work on your house within a certain time period. Because of this, I am not able to hire Gary to do the actual work that I need done. That is my only regret in my decision to hire Gary to do my latest home inspection. I wasn't aware of this law when I initially hired Gary so I wish I had hired him to do the larger projects instead. However, I am seriously considering delaying these projects until I'm able to call Gary to do the work.To put it simply, I have 100% total confidence and faith in Gary's work. I cannot recommend his services enough.“
