ELMER you are a life saver by coming over at 10 PM on July 20, 2021. My son is having a 25 birthday this weekend for a small family gathering in the city and my wife needs the den to prepare a special album. The AC just died and of course you cant function in 80 degrees. Elmer in a FLASH come over and diagnosed the issue. He is now a pest control engineer. He found a dead mouse that shorted out the capacitor that caused the short to the outside compressor. How MANY AC companies would come over not only the SAME DAY but came late at night. Elmer YOU ARE THE BEST. I hope that customers appreciate these comments as in todays world there are too many con artists and companies that just want to take your money. Elmer works for you 24/7 I called Elmer on Saturday August 15, 2020 at 9:15 PM according to my phone records when I realized that one of my air-conditioner units wasn't functioning properly. He came over at 7:30 AM on Sunday August 16, 2020 cleaning the filters that was clogging the unit. He also didn't charge for the service saying it was under warranty.. Elmer is a very well trusted AC and heating company and for this kind of service more customers should trust him.. He also came over with his mask and gloves making sure that he complies with all Federal and State laws and regulations regarding this pandemic. I was surmised and surprised that my dear friend looked like an AC robber with his masks and gloves. There should be more dedicated and hardworking companies dedicated to the supreme satisfaction of the customer.. Any questions you can always contact me... I have known Elmer for the past 15 years before he became an entrepreneur and open Enviromax. Elmer is the bar when it comes to PROFESSIONALISM. On June 2, 2018 my AC upstairs at 9 PM broke. 88 degrees upstairs in my house. Called Elmer and within 5 minutes received a call back that he would be fixing the unit on SUNDAY morning by 10 AM. How many companies would have that kind of service. On a SUNDAY morning... This shows why Elmer is the BEST Company here in Westchester!!!!! 5 STARS PLUS!!!!

Since I cant write a second review by itself I will just continue. Elmer you are THE BEST! Last night in the middle of the night on Wednesday May 22, 2024 our AC compressor froze up.. Right at 8 AM on May 23, 2024 bright and early fixed it within an hour so we have the Memorial Day weekend nice and cool for family and friends. You are THE BEST..
