I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive at Fred’s. They troubleshoot the car issue quickly and accurately. They schedule the work to be done quickly, and stick to the schedule. They provide in advance a printout of the work to be done, and the price in parts and labor, and there are no surprises when you pick up the car. They are very easy to talk to and take the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. (They are closed weekends.).
Finally found a mechanic I trust my car with. They resolved my sunroof issue, which other places weren’t able to resolve. They’ve changed my breaks and rotors. I will be going there for future stuff that my car may need.
Have maintained a successful relationship with Fred's for many many years if it ain't broke don't fix it - no reason to change from a trusted relationship. Recently asked Fred's to check out my 2012 Civic with over 200K, service my 2017 Highlander with over 170K miles and we keep on truck'n!
