5 stars Dr. Russo and the staff at Family Chiropractic and Injury are truly amazing - both personally and certainly, professionally! Dr. Russo is extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating, as are Pattie, Cheyenne & Kayla! The office is CLEAN and cheerful! I’ve religiously kept my weekly appointments with few exceptions for several years now, ever since a violent “slip & fall” (more like a ‘drop, slide & crash’) in a bathroom resulted in 2 unsuccessful rounds of physical therapy and 2 cortisone shots in an effort to alleviate excruciating pain due to herniated discs in my back. No treatments were long-lasting. Determined to avoid the surgery that was recommended, I sought help from Dr. Russo from a friend’s recommendation. Next stop was going to be acupuncture...but I never had to go there! Now, as a result of looming over my chrome book and laptop all-day for many weeks and months of distance teaching coupled with no access to water aerobics, my main source of exercise, major neck and back pain returned big time this past week! Although I’ve been very cautious about getting out and about during the pandemic, the decision to call for an appointment was a no-brainer! Pattie gave me an appointment immediately, Dr. Russo worked his magic and I left well on my way to feeling well again. I had another treatment today and am looking forward to my third good night’s sleep in a long time! Amen! Feeling very grateful for Dr. Russo and Family Chiropractic ❣️
