“We contacted Lagana to install a heat pump unit for our house this summer. An estimator came out in a few days and was very helpful and the installation was scheduled about 3 weeks later. The main installer, Zeb, was punctual and got right to work. Clearly experienced and efficient, he was very professional and courteous as were a couple of colleagues that came to help for a while. “The service provided by the Ruffalo Appliance Sales staff was superb. Our 21 yr old refrigerator finally gave out for good so we needed a new fridge quickly. After visiting the big box stores and not really finding what we needed due to size restrictions we made our way to Ruffalo's in Newark. We had purchased our replacement dishwasher there a few months ago. Ruffalo's had multiple refrigerator's that met our size restricted needs. “Had a leaking pipe that no one would look at or deal with because of its location. It needed serious excavation very difficult maneuvering to address the job. Several plumbers told us they wouldn't do the job. We received a tip to call Macedon Plumbing and Heating. They helped us get all the permits once that was in place banged out the job in less than 24 hours. They came in with an estimate that was right on the money when they finished. I'm very grateful were there service. They definitely know what they are doing.“

“Tyler and his team worked their tails off during the hottest part of the year to date when our hvac system went down. They replaced our system in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. They came back later to complete the job on our hot water heater and that went exactly the same way, flawlessly. I would recommend Isaac to anyone!“
