“First of all Jason and his crew of Matt and Tom were fantastic! We had them replace our deck from wood to a azek composite, and it had a lot of custom work done. Jason communicated everything with us and the crew was very punctual throughout the process. Going above and beyond in my opinion. They cleaned up daily, were very flexible and even saved us money on a dumpster by taking the old wood! To say we are pleased is a understatement we look forward to working with Jason for future projects! Thanks again Jason for the great work!“

“These guys are incredible!!! I called them late this morning with a time critical surprise need for a pump-out and official inspection that we found out at the 11th hour was required by the mortgage bank. Closing was in danger of being delayed (and possibly the whole sale could have fallen through). Sarah (office manager) and John (owner and inspector) rearranged their schedule and did the work that afternoon! I got the report by close of business, and our house sale was saved!!!!

These guys are fantastic! They can not only do pump-outs, but also they are licensed by the state to do official septic inspections, and they also install and repair septic systems.

“I can not say enough awesome things about these guys at Picky Ricky! We found a leak that started going into our bedroom, called them on a Monday and they were here that Wednesday! Completed the whole half side of our roof In not only the same day, they pushed through the unfortunate snow that came too. Very responsive, polite, did a great job, my husband and I are quite happy. “We've had Marshall Exteriors complete two projects for us, and I would highly recommend them. In 2019-20 they re-sided our house and replaced several windows. Their crew during that project was so professional - showed up at 8:10 on the dot every single morning, even when the roads were terrible, working through heavy snow and bitter cold. They were so fun and friendly - first time we've ever actually enjoyed contracting team in and out of the house. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected after the project was completed, and the project manager, Sean, always came as quickly as possible to correct the situation. He even came back 4 years after the completion of the project to tighten up a loose piece of stone facing, with no charge to us.
A few weeks ago, our aging shingle roof sprung a leak, and I called Kim (she's the best - always professional and super helpful!) to ask for a quote. She got someone here as quickly as possible, they put us right on the schedule, and within just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, our new metal roof is complete and looks terrific. I can't say enough great stuff about Bill, the project manager for this. Super responsive and just an all-around nice guy. The work crew that did the job was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were also diligent about clean-up, which we really appreciate.

No review would be complete without a shout-out to their terrific office staff. Kim and Becky make stuff happen, and quickly!

The estimates we received from them for both projects were somewhat higher than other local contractors, but their responsiveness, the peace of mind from knowing that the work will be done correctly, and the fact that they 100% stand behind everything they do is worth the additional expense to us.“
