Luis and his workers were hired to put up new windows, a door, a new walkway and siding on our house in June of 2021. This job he said would take four weeks. He finished in Mid October. Never give Luis more money than the deposit, you won't see him for weeks. The work was very sub par. The trim around the windows did not match up, meaning there are big gaps on the corners where the trim should meet. The siding was put up very sloppy. He kept asking for more and more money. He kept telling me he had other jobs to do, (even after I paid in full) when we threatened to take him to court, only then he started to come more frequently.
