Tom was great came out got the job done just needed a pump. The only complaint I have is was never called on the Friday they were supposed to come and showed up on Tuesday just better communication would be great but happy with the work and would have them come back out again.

We're under contract to buy a lakeside 'camp' in upstate NY and hired the Crane company (Mark himself) to do a septic system inspection for us. Mark did a very thorough job, and spent an entire afternoon testing and examining the system. He was a pleasure to speak with, and was generous with his time, taking the time needed to understand our needs in detail and relay in depth findings. I will happily work with Mark and Crane Co. again!

After calling Syracuse plumbers all day yesterday and no one returning my call. At 8:00 am this morning I called The Crane Company, My Mother's sewer needed to be "snaked" asap and she lives in Syracuse. When I spoke to a gentleman at 8:00 am at the Crane Company he said he would get someone there within the hour. Which, is exactly what he did. Kris, was our tech. He was highly professional, easy to talk to, and was extremely efficient at his job. We couldn't have been happier with Kris and The Crane company (and whoever answered the phone this morning and made it happen so quickly). Thank you
