John was excellent. He was on time, friendly and professional. Accurately diagnosed the problem. Had the parts stocked in his van and came in UNDER his estimate. Will definitely be my only choice for appliance repair. Highly recommend

The water line to my refrigerator developed such a bad leak that I was forced to shut off all water to the house to prevent my kitchen from flooding late one night. I looked up emergency appliance repair in my home area and saw Laser Appliance came highly recommended. Now I know why. After leaving a voice mail and a text message, John replied by text even though it was after midnight to let me know he could make a visit an hour before Laser opened in the morning. He later told me he could hear the urgency in my voice on the recording I left and understood how I must feel. This perfect stranger answered our desperate call for help on Thanksgiving Eve Eve and he arrived about a half hour following our call. He advised us what to do with our range and how we could still make Thanksgiving a succcess for more than 16 guests. He also found out how he could fix it, provided us with an estimated costs, and everything turned up roses. He now is our go-to guy for all our appliances. Very professional and personable.
