Extremely happy with the service provided by Appliance Technician Services!!! I left a voicemail Sunday evening requesting a call back. Amanda reached out to me first thing Monday morning to get me on the schedule. I requested Wednesday morning. Jon called 15 mins prior to arrival as promised. He had my issues resolved within 45 minutes and even provided some education on maintenance and how to prevent problems in the future. 5 stars from me!!! Definitely would recommend!

Jon was able to come out the same day to diagnose why the washer wasn't working. He provided a couple options and was very fair with his pricing and more importantly, very honest. This is our second time using him and we couldn't be more impressed. I fully recommend him for any repair needs. Thanks Jon!
