I completely recommend this place! Sensi Chris is such a great teacher. Ladies ask about self defense classes as well as all their other classes. I’ve taken them and so have little cousins of mine as well as friends. Get fit and secure in your own health and safety from kind and reliable teachers. Best money I ever spent. I do security for a living and it’s helped me every day!
Chris is a great coach and great with kids
My son has been going for a couple of months and he really loves it. We were searching for a long time for the right school with a dedicated instructor. Chris is a great instructor, cares about teaching each student and most importantly is really good at it. My son looks forward to each class he goes to and has learned so much.
