My husband and I both needed separate PT (he over the summer, me currently) and we couldn't be more grateful to Najah Mousa. She completely got my husband back on his feet, literally. He wasn't able to walk in the house and now we're walking miles a day. And for me, she's taking the PT slowly and making sure to not only get me through my pain but to repair my injury. I feel extremely blessed to have found her.
Najah Mousa my therapist was very attentive and helpful. She and the aides were right on top of my therapy and always helpful and very good at delivering the therapy. They also give you the tools to continue your therapy at home after your sessions are done. Overall I highly recommend her.
The entire staff at Metro was welcoming and affirming from the very first day. I met specifically with Najah Mousa and was made to feel comfortable each session I attended. She listened to my concerns, as well as challenged me to get back to healing my calf and an appropriate pace. While I hope to never need PT for myself in the future, I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy, Najah and the entire staff.
