The company is very responsive and our floors look nice, but the house was a mess when we returned -- trash from the workers and very dirty. There was damage to our kitchen cabinets, walls, molding, and baseboard heaters. Also, the oven, baseboard heaters, and refrigerator were reinstalled incorrectly and there was water leaking from the refrigerator when we returned home. They also forgot to seal the flooring under the refrigerator. For the money we spent, we definitely had higher expectations.Services: Wood floor installation
The whole experience was excellent!! They were on time did excellent work and completed job earlier than expected. The crew left the job spotless.!! Office staff was easy to work with because of other contractors delays they were receptive to rescheduling 2x by me. Highly reccommend their work. Have used them before in that past with same experience. Chris and his team do fine work!@
This is a small business that does excellent work- they are very responsive, prices are reasonable, they come when they are scheduled to come, the results are great and they clean up wonderfully. I had both wood floors totally sanded down and refinished and then brought them back to install the waterproof vinyl tiles in a bathroom and basement.
