My daughter got her hair done by Ashley yesterday and it looks beautiful. My daughter is so excited about her new hair cut and blow out. My daughter's hair is thick and curly usually and it came out beautiful.Services: Haircut

I am writing this review bc I tried to " like " my hair and I tried to make amends with the hairdresser's, and made every attempt to reconcile my hair with them. I came in initially wanting a " Groupon" price that I discussed over the phone with the daughter of the owner. She explained that I couldn't use a " Groupon ", bc I had been there a year earlier. That's not what she initially said over the phone. She said what I wanted was a " bayalage " not highlights bc I didn't want the color to be at the root. I just wanted face framing pieces. I provided several pictures. My hair turned out punky red , and I was initially in shock. I left the salon and provided a nice tip and said thank you. I got in my car and realized how awful it looked and took pictures. I had to return home to my kids, and called when I got home. The owner said she could only give me 50.00 cash back or they can fix it. Since I paid 240.00 plus tip , 50.00 wasn't sufficient and I went back to fix it. The daughter tried to reddish/ violet colors that I didn't think would work over my hair. It came back still red with violet tones. I suggested another color , and it was dark brown bc I just wanted the red/ violet gone. She put it on and it looked like it covered the hair. She said " I'll have to charge you extra for a blow out", I was in shock. How would she be able to see the color properly? So I Asked her to blow it out to see the color. She blew some of it out but since I wouldn't pay , not all of it. It ended up being uneven bc she never blew it all out. I gave her 10.00 and 5.00 for the shampoo girl for their work but was flabbergasted that she had the audacity not to blow it out fully. I decided that my hair was not what I asked for and it was colored twice more and was ruined, and I didn't receive a proper " bayalage " in the color requested.

I loved the way Denise changed the look of my hair .. she listened to what I needed and exactly got it done. Thank you so much .. I will definitely go back again and will recommend people to as well..Services: Haircut
