Animal Emergency Service is a veterinary emergency and critical care center located in Selden, Long Island. Established in 1977, it is the first and longest-running animal emergency hospital in New York state. The hospital is fully equipped with the latest digital radiology, ultrasound, and laboratory technology, and offers a State of the Art ICU with extensive patient monitoring equipment. It is staffed by dedicated veterinarians and vet technicians who work around the clock. One satisfied customer had to leave their cat for two nights due to an unknown infection. They praised the hospital for being kind, helpful, and always available to answer their calls for updates. Another customer's dog needed to have a nail surgically removed and they commended the hospital for being professional, caring, and for explaining everything in great detail. A third customer had a great experience when their dog hurt her leg right before a trip. They were able to quickly get an answer as to what was wrong with their pet and go on their trip with a big piece of mind. Overall, Animal Emergency Service is a highly recommended and trusted veterinary emergency center.
