At first I had a water leak and RJD scheduled a late evening appointment - I was grateful. I fixed issue so when I canceled they were very courteous. I then rescheduled them to come out the next day as it was no longer an emergency. They showed up a little late but that should be understood as they were helping another customer and called ahead to let me know they were running a little late - again much appreciated. When the technician showed up - he assessed the situation and fixed it in a timely manner! Please feel free to send Avi any time!

Excellent products and service. Service team was right on schedule. Communication was excellent. Sean Murphy was very professional and detailed explaining our options and services. We had several “after business hours” communications to get everything setup for installation. Don’t have any pics to immediately share but we went with the 3 ton a/c unit and furnace replacement. Ravin M, Kyle D and George did an excellent job removing the old unit, unloading and installing the new system with multiple obstacles to work around in the basement. Solid crew and service. Would highly recommend this company and their team.
