I remember David being there and his mom also watching his progress. He developed into a marital artist with fantastic techniques. In my opinion bettering yourself physically and mentally is never a waste of time although the benefit to self is more evident as the years pass.I really enjoy the MMA angle being pursued now in conjunction with traditional Taekwondo striking and defense. It's great location for fighting across various ability levels with practical hands on correction as well as cardio, core fitness, targets, bags, and games. It's a good group.
