It was Sean that responded we think...sorry if we didn't remember your name correctly. He quickly cleared the waste line and the evening family gathering went on without issue. It could have been an awful day without his help. Highly recommend A-1. Fair priced Saturday call. Quick reply. Nice technician.“

“Rommer M. came to my home to perform the annual maintenance and performance check on my Generac whole house generator. Although Rommer had worked on his generator previously, he took nothing for granted and asked questions that proved to me he was truly interested in the complete picture of its operation, and my total satisfaction with the unit. Close to the completion of his work, I asked questions about the battery, and the anticipated life expectancy of them, particularly in this northern environment. Instead of giving me a quick, two sentence answer, Rommer thoroughly explained the limits, funtionality, and weather implications of these batteries. Although my battery was found to be slightly above the lower limit recommended for replacement, Rommer never tried to “hard sell” the product, but left it to my discretion.
Rommer represents Jone’s Services well, is a talented craftsman, and an exemplary employee.

They were each terrific, professional and very friendly (as always). “Perry was very helpful. My hot water heater was leaking and he was there to fix my problems quickly. He answered all my questions honestly.
