We love everybody here at this office! I live here on and off and have been to multiple vets for my cats and Sarah’s office is by far my favorite. Her team is knowledgeable and i feel everyone there is a true animal lover. I have been to vets in the past where the people answering the phone did not know anything and always had to ask the doctor, even if it was a simple question like “how long does the test results take to get back” or they have taken my cat away to a different room for shots without me there (that office does it with dogs as well) and another office has even have denied me service because my cat growled at them. Dr Cripps is an amazing, and caring vet. We moved to the area 5 yrs ago. In that time 2 of our dogs had to be put down. One due to old age, and the other due to cancer. She was so gracious, understanding, and soft spoken. She's still treating our old man, and we recently started bringing our new rescue to her. Our rescue is an abuse case, and Dr Cripps was so very patient with her.
We're moving away. We are so sad that she will no longer be our vet!! We highly recommend her.
Dr Cripps and her staff were always so friendly and kind. My guy had an emergency during our time at this vet and they were quick to see him and very patient with him when he became a bit scared and testy after an emergency vet visit. We moved and miss this office!
