I have a 200' shale driveway and was looking to have it resurfaced with shale. Drumm's Turf came through with a very good price. There employee's arrived on time, were polite and did an excellent job.

This place came recommended to me, they came out for quote quickly and were very responsive answering all my questions. I ultimately did not use them because I needed one person that offered more services, but they were great to work with and would recommend to anyone.

We were connected with Drumm's Turf and Sawmill through Saratoga Sod. This was the best experience we've had with a contractor, probably since working with contractors! We had our home built 4 years ago. The builder didn't care about anything but making it to closing. We had serious problems with drainage and consequently have never had good grass in our backyard since day one. The hydroseeding company subcontracted by our builder was awful. We put in a French drain to solve the drainage problem. We called may contractors, some never showed. Some promised and didn't deliver. Some never sent their estimates as promised. And some wouldn't schedule us because they preferred the large jobs and "would try to squeeze us in." Saratoga Sod said, we will have our contractor call you to come out. Guess what? Drumm's Turf actually called. They said they could come out two days later at 1pm. Guess what? Drumm's Turf actually showed 1 minute before the scheduled time. Brandy did the estimate. She was exact on her measurements where the others that did come out said. "oh, it looks like about X sq. ft." (BTW, they would have been short!) She listened to and addressed all of our concerns. She has a wonderful personality. She promised an estimate in our email by the next day. Guess what? It was in our inbox, the next day as promised. Every concern of ours addressed IN the estimate! I did call with one question and spoke with Tatum. She too was incredibly helpful and was on time with email responses and message passing. The day of the install arrived. Oh, did I say they would come out in two days to perform the work? Guess what? Monday morning they were at my door at 7am - as promised, in two days. The crew was outstanding. They are artists. The precision with the sod was work as if they were working on their own homes. NO mess left. NO disruptive talking/language or anything like that. They were in and out in 1/2 a day. We would be remiss if we didn't give a shout-out to Jake. We appreciate the effort he put forth with grading. Our yard was horribly lumpy from the water sitting. It is amazing how he was able to grade and have the sod laid so well. The work, from start to finish, was what the service industry was once like. It is good to see there are companies (or is this the last one?) where service is important to them. We would absolutely work with Drumm's Turf and Sawmill again and have no regrets. We would absolutely recommend Drumm's Turf and Sawmill to anyone looking to have sod done. And no! We were not paid or offered any incentives for this review!
