“Andre remodeled our 1977 era bathroom and we could not have been happier with the results. He is an excellent contractor. He gutted the entire bathroom and then installed a beautiful walk in shower with a built in bench and niche and tiled the entire area from floor to ceiling with product that we picked out from Glens Falls Tile. He then laid tile on the floor from the same company throughout the bathroom and added a smart looking vanity and mirror with recessed lighting and other accessories throughout. The final touch was the painting of the entire bathroom. We have since had him come back to our home to do other little projects. “I heartily recommend Abcar, Inc and its president, Mike Walsh. Mike worked for me on a time and materials basis over a period of months, upgrading an old house and barn. Mike has the skills and experience to perform all of the required tasks, including designing and constructing new stairs; sistering 30 joists of up to 18 feet in length; installing new wiring, wall and floor outlets, 11 light fixtures and 2 ceiling fans; installing multiple layers of rigid foam insulation between rafters and joists and fiberglass insulation between all studs; covering all insulated surfaces in an attractive way using lumber; installing 2 new doors; repairing a slate roof and installing a new kitchen stove hood and associated rigid ducts in a crawl space. Mike worked continuously on the project until it was completed. All of his work was of high quality. The bills for his labor were all reasonable“

“We did a big landscaping project at our home in downtown Saratoga Springs. The challenge was the lot was very small and I wanted a lot of function out the space. Geff and his team did an amazing job …. They designed both the front, side and backyard spaces including the driveway,, garden areas, and all the hardscape. They oversaw every aspect of the job including fence design, masonary details and selection of appropriate plants. I am not easy to work with as I also have my own ideas. They were patient and worked with me through all of the details. I cannot be happier with the outcome and may even like the outside of my home better than the inside. Hats off to the team!“
