Called Saturday morning and Bill returned my call within 20 mins. They were at my house within an hour and diagnosed the issues, went to work right away on snaking the drain and fixed that issue quickly. Then onto issue two, replacing corroded kitchen pipes. Again fixed that quickly, cleaned up and were on their way within a couple of hours. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to work with. I have another issue and will be contacting him again soon!

Had a great experience with the plumbing god. We had woken up to a broken water pipe. Made a call and he was here within a few hours and did what needed to be done. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I screwed up a home improvement job and needed professional plumbing help. Of course, it was the weekend. Called a few 24 hour plumbers. Bill responded within 20 minutes, came to the house within an hour, and gave me the option of having him do the work or having him teach me what to do (for nothing more than the cost of the service call). He even called me later to see how I made out (good, thanks to his instructions). Rather than paying hundreds or going without water for a day or two, I was able to solve the crisis and walked away smarter thanks to him. The world needs more decent, responsive professionals like Bill.
