We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.
We had a great experience with Schenectady Floor Covering. They replaced all of the carpet in our home and replaced the ceramic tiles around our fireplace. They were always prompt and professional, on time, and left no mess when they left. The sales staff at the store was very knowledgeable and offered a few suggestions that really helped us make the right choice in materials. I highly recommend them.
Great service. Tom has been very helpful in my carpet journey including responding quickly to my questions on email. I can't assess the price as we aren't at that point as of yet. Measuring soon. Local business with carpet in USA.
