Paul came to my house for a refrigerator problem and dishwasher problem. Took the refrigerator apart and found it needed a new computer board, so we decided we were better off getting a new fridge. The dishwasher he discovered was just a loose wire which he fixed. He was confident, reasonable, efficient, trustworthy and honest! I am glad I checked out his reviews and chose him. I highly recommend him and I know who to call again if I need a repair man.

I called Paul for a problem with my oven. He came that day (Saturday) and was extremely pleasant and helpful. He ordered the part and installed it Monday...and his price was very, very fair.

How does an appliance repair business get so many 5 star reviews? Responsive, friendly, on-time know-how. And concern for *my* bottom line. Rusty came on time, talked through the issues with our washer, and we came up with a cost-effective plan to diagnose the problem (it's a tough one) that will keep the washer working until the underlying problem is clear. What I really like is the idea that we need to know what the problem is before we try to fix it! No swap and hope. No replace things until the problem goes away.I wonder if they do plumbing... :)
