There is no chance anyone will remember you from visit to visit, because the front staff seems to change every time I have been there. It's a pain in the butt to call and schedule an appointment. So, why four stars? Dr. Etienne is the best PC doctor I have ever seen. She listens, is attentive, warm, and thoughtful. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard and cared for. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The place itself is 2/3 stars - Dr. Etienne is 5 stars. So I met in the middle at 4 stars. One thing to know about this practice is that they are a teaching facility, so you're often asked if it's okay if a medical resident can be a part of the appointment. I always say yes and have never felt overwhelmed by having the second person there.“
