Mechelle Smith is one of the most dedicated person I have ever met,my child is been in her school since the age 8 and she is now 14 and she is a black belt,her way of teaching is amazing.

Master Smith is an amazing mentor. Kickboxing classes are fun, and challenging with attention to technique and some very useful self defense added in. No two classes are alike which keeps it fresh and exciting.
